If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Zakkia Homewares’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is . Our ABN is 88 600 483 994. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. WHOLESALE & TRADE TERMS

Minimum Quantities
Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale orders. Please refer to our order form or online ordering portal for information on each product, as pack sizes vary. For some products, ordering larger pack sizes will give you better rates.

Freight
We ship via Startrack. Prices do not include freight, which is calculated and applied to your final invoice before final payment and dispatch. For international orders you will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped. In-stock items usually ship the next day. If you place an order that contains both pre- or backorder and in-stock items, the whole order will ship when the missing items arrive. If you would like a split shipment, please contact us.

Returns & Cancellations
Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage to sales@zakkia.com.au, and quote your invoice number. Non-delivery must be reported immediately.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.

Most Zakkia products are handmade, therefore some variation between the same product can occur.  The surface of some products, including concrete and ceramic lines, has been designed to look aged and a bit rough and uneven. This is not considered a fault.

Order Dispatch
We try to ship your order out as soon as possible. In-stock items will usually ship next day. 

Prices
Prices shown on order forms are exclusive of GST, prices online are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (www.zakkia.com.au) and on our price lists. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.

Overdue Acounts
All goods supplied remain the property of Zakkia until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.

Payment Terms
All orders must be pre-paid – your order has to be paid in full prior to shipping. We are open to discuss options to pay on account in individual cases. We accept VISA and MasterCard or EFT. We do not accept Amex or Paypal for Wholesale and Trade orders. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT. 

Pre- and Back-orders
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. Pre-orders are considered final orders and cannot be cancelled once paid.
We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the cancelled product will be refunded in full to the stockist.

Copyright & Intellectual Material
All Zakkia product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Zakkia. Approved Zakkia stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Zakkia website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available upon request.

Liability
Zakkia cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.

Exclusivity
We do not offer exclusivity on our knobs, hooks and handles. To be able to offer you exclusivity we will generally expect an order total over $3,000 per season. Exclusivity will be reviewed each season. To be granted exclusivity on the entire brand we will expect you to order across the range. Exclusivity can also be given on certain products. We are open to discuss any exclusivity requests.

Agreement of Terms
By placing an order with Zakkia you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately and will be emailed to you.

This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you give us when you use this website.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We may change this policy occasionally by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
